The included report
One generation, clearly defined.
The Free plan includes one Mileage Report generation covering today and the preceding 29 calendar dates. It is available immediately and can be used during the introductory period or saved for later.
- PDF, CSV, PDF + CSV, or a Receipt Register-only export uses the allowance once.
- Choosing multiple outputs can create several files in that one generation.
- The allowance does not reset monthly.
- Saved files can be re-shared from Report History without using another report.
- Accountant Summary, Share with Accountant, and Audit Defense are Pro-only.

Create a local database backup and save or restore it through the system Files picker. You can choose iCloud Drive, another storage provider, a computer, or external storage.
Pro
RoadStance keeps a rotating set of dated database snapshots in your own iCloud account on supported Apple devices, with in-app browsing and restore. Your primary device remains the working copy.

Before you subscribe
Is the first month a full Pro trial?
Your introductory period includes unlimited trip tracking for 30 days alongside the Free plan allowances shown above. Pro adds unlimited usage, recorded route maps, professional report packages, prior-year workflows, and optional dated iCloud database snapshots with in-app browsing and restore.
What happens to my records when the trial or Pro ends?
RoadStance does not delete your existing trips, receipts, vehicles, or generated files. New activity returns to the Free limits, prior-year records become view-only, and Pro-only exports and optional iCloud database snapshots are unavailable.
Does cancelling remove Pro immediately?
No. Cancellation stops automatic renewal. Apple generally keeps the entitlement active through the end of the paid billing period, after which RoadStance applies the Free limits.
Can I restore Pro after reinstalling?
Use Restore previous purchase with the same Apple Account. Restoration depends on the App Store returning an active entitlement. If Apple cannot verify it, RoadStance keeps the current access unchanged and asks you to check the connection and account before trying again.
Where are my trip and receipt records stored?
Your device holds the working database. You control local backup files, and optional Pro snapshots are preserved in your own Apple iCloud account.
When do monthly Free limits reset?
Trip and saved-receipt allowances reset at the beginning of each UTC calendar month, not on your installation anniversary.
Does choosing PDF + CSV use two Free reports?
No. One completed generation uses the allowance once, even when it creates both files or also includes a Receipt Register. A Receipt Register-only generation also uses the allowance.
Can I re-share an existing report?
Yes. Generated files are saved in Report History. Re-sharing a saved file does not count as another report generation.
Can Free users view prior fiscal years?
Yes. Existing prior-year records remain viewable. Editing and exporting prior fiscal years require Pro and remain subject to fiscal-year closure rules.
Will I see pricing in my local currency?
Yes. The app displays the price returned by the App Store for your current storefront, and the native purchase sheet confirms the amount before purchase.
